Frequently asked questions
What can I actually do without paying?
Build the whole record. Paste as many adverts as you like, see what you can show against each one and what is thin or missing, and answer the questions they raise in your own words. One CV is composed and it is yours to take away, and everything you put in stays yours for good.
How much do I need to do before this is useful?
Start with one advert, not your whole career. The first real run — one CV, one advert — took five to seven minutes, start to a result you can act on. You do not need to document your whole career before it helps — bring one CV and the job you are looking at, and the record grows application by application from there.
What happens after the 14 days?
It becomes £75 for the year and renews each year until you stop it. You can cancel in Settings at any point during the 14 days and nothing is taken.
What's the difference between Yearly and Monthly?
The work you can do is identical, including anything still in beta. Monthly is £15 a month for a search with no shape to it yet; Yearly works out at £6.25 a month, holds that price for 3 years and starts with 14 days free. Take Yearly if the search is going to run.
Can I change plan later, or stop?
Yes, both, from Settings. Move between monthly and yearly whenever the search changes shape, and cancel there too. It runs to the end of what you have paid for and then stops.
What happens to my work if I stop paying?
Everything you have written stays yours, and you can download all of it from Settings at any time. A search that has ended should not cost you the record you built during it.
